Here’s an opportunity you might be looking for:

Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) is funding a literary magazine about Philadelphia Chinatown. The name of the magazine is HI-Chinatown-STORY and will capture unique stories all over Philadelphia Chinatown area.

Now, submissions for the magazine are open. Accepted types of submissions include poetry, prose, art, photography, etc. They can either be in English or Chinese. Some suggested themes are: growing up in Philadelphia, immigrant issues, Philadelphia Chinatown in general, or racial/cultural diversity. The deadline for the submission is December 31, 2017.
