PCDC constructed affordable units at 624 and 632 North 12th Street., located near 12th and Wallace Streets. It provides 13 one to three-bedroom affordable units.

To qualify for these units, you must meet the income guidelines, which can be found on page 14 of the application linked above.

The apartments include kitchen appliances and washer/dryers. Parking, utilities, and furniture are NOT included.

Rent:

• 1-bedroom: $720 and up

• 2-bedroom: $940 and up

• 3-bedroom: $1,530

Available Units (as of 1/1/24): 2-bedroom unit available  – $1255/month

Transportation:

• 10 minutes walk to Chinatown

• 8 minutes walk to Fairmount Station, Spring Garden Station of BSL Line

• Trolley Line 15

• 5-10 minutes walk to 8 bus routes: 23, 61, 4, 16, 43
