The construction of Crane Community Center, a flagship mixed-use residential, retail and community center project in Chinatown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania began in August 2017.
Residential leasing began April 2019. Office and retail leases are currently available. Crane defines the Philadelphia Center City northern Skyline reconnect a community long separated by the expressway. Crane is an EB-5 qualified investment project that received USCIS Exemplar APPROVAL in January 2017.

On November 8, 2019, PCDC opened Crane Chinatown Community Center, a notable landmark and recreation and wellness space, which now houses PCDC’s youth and family programming. This new community space offers an opportunity to provide residents with PCDC’s housing counseling, family services, youth programming, food distribution, community recreation nights, wellness and health programming.
Crane boasts a state-of-the art gym, upscale event space and lobby, as well as two multi-use conference rooms .
