Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) COVID-19 Update

Due to the COVID-19, PCDC does not provide on-site tax filing service this year, only remote tax filing services and onsite drop-off and pickup on designed 8 service days. People can can still get free tax filing service without going out!

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free basic tax return preparation to people who generally make $57,000 or less, persons with disabilities; and Limited English-speaking taxpayers.

Service starts February 1, 2021 and ends March 31, 2021

Clients can choose one of the following methods to request for service:

2) Go to the service location in person during the following service hours to fill in and submit the required information for tax filing:

– Location: Crane Center (1001 Vine St)

– Saturdays: 2/13, 2/20, 3/6, 3/13

– Sundays: 2/14, 2/21, 3/7, 3/14

– Time: 9 AM — 4 PM
