The Office of Business Services
The Office of Business Services (OBS) is the City’s
one-stop-shop for all business related services. OBS assists business owners with a wide range of issues, ranging from navigating the permitting process to identifying loan
programs for which you might qualify. When you contact the Office of Business Services, a Business Services
Manager is assigned to your company—your Business
Services Manager is your partner in moving your business forward. OBS works in partnership with other City agencies and regional organizations to direct you to the latest
programs and initiatives to grow your business.
The Office of Business Services has bilingual service
managers in Spanish, Mandarin, and Korean.
