Free Zine Workshop
PCDC kicks off the Chinatown Community Press Summer Art and Writing activities with a free community zine workshop in
collaboration with Philly Soapbox on Saturday, July 15. Learn how to make and distribute your own magazine. Only 20 spaces
available. If interested, email Ailin Cao at acao@chinatown-pcdc.org to reserve a spot and receive event updates.

Family Travel Forum Writing Scholarships
Write a 600 word blog post about your travel experience with a photo/drawing/video for a chance to win a $1,000 scholarship! Open to teens aged 13 – 18. Deadline July 14.

Karma for Cara Youth Microgrants
Karma for Cara invites youth aged 18 and under to apply for funds between $250 and $1,000 to complete service projects in their communities. There are four deadlines throughout the year: July 1st, October 1st, January 1st, April 1st.

Free Concert at the Mann Center: Rock-Ology
