PCDC Chinese New Year Banquet 2019

On February 22nd, 2019 PCDC celebrated its annual Chinese New Year Banquet with 400 friends and community leaders to mark the Year of the Pig. Guests enjoyed a 10-course banquet at Ocean City Restaurant. The Philadelphia Suns welcomed guests with a vibrant lion dance performance, weaving in between guests.

PCDC presented the Community Service Award to Mr. Kelvin A. Jeremiah, who is President and CEO of the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Other special guests included Jalila Parker, Executive Director of the Governor’s Advisory Commission on African American Affairs, Ebony Staton Weidman of Senator Casey’s office, State Representative Mary Isaacson of the 175th District, and Councilman Mark Squilla.
