Congratulations, Carol Wong!

PCDC would like to congratulate PCDC Board Director Carol Wong, director of the Chinatown Learning Center and NAAAP board member, who was awarded the 2016 Globy Award for Community Leadership. Globy Awards are given to recipients for being active ambassadors of global thought in Philadelphia. “These four award winners have provided distinguished service to our increasingly global city,” said Global Philadelphia Association Board Chair John F. Smith, III. “They have not only accomplished great things for Philadelphia, but have set examples for the rest us to follow. We are honored to be able to
honor each of them with a Globy, the Association’s most significant award.”
