The Francis House of Peace Ping An House has two open positions for bilingual English-Chinese candidates: Property Manager and Residential Support Staff.

The Full-Time Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property by supervising all property staff, ensuring the property is compliant with all regulations, managing property finances, and ensuring the property is well-maintained. Some of the position requirements include: the ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese; a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or a High School Diploma AND 8 years of building management experience, 4-5 years experience managing residential properties with supportive services; and a valid driver’s license.

The Part-Time (20 hours a week) Residential Support staff will provide individualized care to the residents of the house. This includes monthly check-ins with residents, coordinating volunteers, and working with service providers to ensure the residents’ needs are met. This position requires the ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese; a high school diploma; and experience working with seniors, drug addiction and/or mental illness.
