Carol Wong wins PA State Award for Early Childhood Education
PCDC Board Member Carol Wong won the 2017 Voice For Children Award “for exemplary dedication in advocating for young children” in her work as Director of the Chinatown Learning Center. Additionally, on May 22nd, Carol was honored at the 6abc Asian-Pacific Heritage Celebration for her accomplishments and “for making a difference and empowering our local Asian-Pacific community.”
