On March 1st, PCDC Program Manager Ping Ho Lee attended a meeting about building communities through homeownership.

On Saturday May 7th, 2016, PCDC hosted its first free tree giveaway event at the Asian America Heritage Celebration (AAHC) at Franklin Square. 50 trees with species ranging from Pagoda Dogwood, Cornelian Cherry, Apple Serviceberry, American Hazelnut, Apple, Santa Rosa Plum to Tilton Apricot found homes in Philadelphia.
