GRAND HALL

A flexible hall with room to make your event your own. Set it up for a seated banquet, a conference, a reception, or a celebration, and we will help you plan it.

Banquet rounds: Seated dining at round tables, suited to galas and dinners.
Theater rows: Rows of chairs facing the front, suited to presentations and keynotes.
Classroom: Tables and chairs facing the front, suited to trainings and workshops.
Standing reception: Open floor with high-top tables, suited to networking and receptions.

OPTION 1

All-Inclusive Packages

Everything in one package, priced by guest count. Choose the tier that fits your group: up to 150, 151 to 300, 301 to 400, or 401 to 500 guests with the full gym.

À la Carte

Customize your experience. Rent the hall for the day, then add only what you need.

■A 12 x 12 ft stage

■Tables, chairs, high tops, and linens

■Extra setup or teardown time, by the half hour

The hall rental covers 8 hours, including setup and teardown.

MEET & GATHER

Meeting Rooms

Two rooms that open into one, for offsites, trainings, and workshops. Book by the half day or the full day.

Team offsites, trainings, workshops, and breakout sessions.

■Room A seats up to 50; Room B up to 90

■Combine them for up to 150

■White chairs and some tables included

■Half day is 2.5 to 4 hours; full day is 5 to 8 hours

Offsite meetings, trainings, and breakouts. Use Room A or Room B on its own, or combine them into a single larger space. Book by the half day (2.5 to 4 hours) or the full day (5 to 8 hours).

Preferred caterers: Sang Kee, Vietnam Restaurant, and Feast Your Eyes. Menus and pricing are arranged directly with the caterer. Prices may be higher with a non-preferred caterer.

Tours are about 1 hour. We meet at 1001 Vine Street, right at the corner of 10th and Vine. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor.
