COMMUNITY PROGRAM COORDINATOR 

The Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to serve as the Community Program Coordinator. The Community Program Coordinator will work at Crane Community Center. This position will involve managing PCDC’s community-serving programs, such as assisting with program planning and implementation for PCDC’s Black & Gold 2.0 and Senior Cafe programs.

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES COORDINATOR (FULL-TIME)  

The Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) is searching for a full-time Supportive Services Coordinator. This is a position within youth Out-of-School Time (OST) programs at organizations in Philadelphia. This position will work with staff toincrease studentaccessibilityto our OSTprogram, and provide support to youth and their bilingual families.

The coordinator will work with program staff to complete and support Student Accommodation plans. This includes connecting students and their families to the relevant supports such as connections to health resources (mental, behavior or physical), immunizations, parenting classes, benefits access, food resources, transportation, clothing, etc. This position will also support with ensuring student participants have the accessibility supports they need to participate in summer OST programs.

COMMUNICATIONS & DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT – VOLUNTEER INTERN

The Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to serve as a Communications & Development Assistant Volunteer Intern. This individual will assist the Communications & Development Manager with increasing visibility and outreach of PCDC’s programming and fundraising, implementing marketing strategies, helping to maintain a grant database, and assisting with grants preparation. This includes social media, email marketing (Constant Contact), press releases, monthly newsletters, organizational websites (WordPress), and grant reports.

HOUSING COUNSELOR (FULL-TIME)  

PCDC is seeking a person who can inform and guide individuals to meet their housing goals, is well-versed in housing options and financial analysis, is a solutions-oriented and problem solver, and who is understanding and non-judgmental. This person is the client’s advocate; this can best be done by building relationships with lenders and other parties.  

*Fluency in Chinese and English is a plus
