PCDC is pleased to announce that a Community Benefits

Agreement has been signed with the upcoming nightclub on 12th and Vine Street, NOTO.

PCDC led the process of creating the agreement with the nightclub owners, Callowhill Neighborhood Association and Old Shoe Factory Lofts, which are located behind the future business.

The agreement addresses potential issues such as litter, noise and graffiti and the process of resolving such issues. The agreement, combined with involved residents, will help to make sure that any negative impacts from the business operations can be resolved.

Negotiations over the agreement started this past summer. PCDC thanks NOTO owners for their cooperation and desire to be good neighbors.
