$100,000 DCU Memorial Scholarship

Applications must be postmarked on or before March 3th.

The 2017 DCU Memorial Scholarship is available for the graduating high school senior who are planning to attend a state-accredited or nationally-accredited two or four-year College or university.

The PCDC Teen Club is a DHS-funded after school program that aims to close the academic resource gap for Philadelphia’s low-income, minority, and limited-English proficient students. Our teachers are bilingual English-Chinese grad and undergrad students from the University of
Pennsylvania.
